5 Spring + Edgy Outfits

This is one of my favorite seasons to pair my feminine pieces with edgy counterparts for an interesting balance. I can get away with wearing dark colors without getting too hot or combat boots with skirts in this mild weather. Here are some fashion outfits I’ll wear during the Spring 2024.

Here I look so cool in my black ‘Let’s Rock’ tee with that eye-catching skeleton hand. I paired this with a grommet-studded belt and a burgundy dress. Yes, I am obsessed with using dresses as skirts. And hoops because that’s who I am.

Here I have paired a denim-colored linen jumpsuit with my Queen shirt. The name of the band is clearly displayed and I loved the 70s’ inspired look here. The jumpsuit is light and breathable, so it is perfect for the warmer weather.

This one I kept simple with some almost 90’s inspired fashion with ripped jeans because I need something that puts an edge in it. Then paired it with a simple black tank and a new favorite of mine: these shoes. Not every outfit needs to be super accessorized.

Here I couldn’t help but use the Queen shirt yet again. I paired it with this beige midi skirt that I have had for maybe 15 years. There’s always a piece of clothing you hang onto because you know it is timeless.

Here I paired one of my only pink items that I own. It is a midi dress that I paired with this Aerosmith shirt, I know it is a little faded and hard to see. I learned this hack from @mskristine on Instagram where you put the sports bra over the dress and then you put the shirt on, tucking it in underneath. Love it.

Again, I combined alternative and girly with my Doc Martens and baby doll dress. I think the intentional-crease-look will drive some folks nuts, but I don’t mind them. Definitely had to point out THERE ARE pockets too.
